Help! I Slipped and Fell in Neiman Marcus!*

According to Justia, on Sept. 24, 2008, Jung Kyung entered into a Neiman Marcus in New Jersey wearing sneaker-type shoes. While in the handbag section of the store, Kyung allegedly fell when she tripped and fell on an uneven section of carpet. She stated she struck her knee against a metal display as she fell and tried to regain her balance. In the end, she the plaintiff was awarded $75,000 for her injury in the case.
